Whatever is wrong, chances are I have seen the problem in the past 16 years and I will know the easiest answer! Please note: I DO NOT advise on MAIL MERGE! It's a specialist area; you will get much better service by calling someone who specialises in mail merge. Microsoft has recognised me as a Most Valued Professional in Word, for both PC and Macintosh. I consult only on Microsoft Word, specializing in long documents (books, manuals, help files, web sites). Here's your chance to buy the same advice large corporations receive. I currently consult to large companies, and I specialise in Software and Business Continuity Planning documentation. Note that really complex problems are best handled by email, and I can then quote you a price based on what the job is worth.
