I can help you over the phone with lots of differing issues. If you're computer won't turn on I can help, getting blue screens of death or maybe your computer has some nasties that need to be cleaned up. It doesn't matter cause I can help and if I feel it's something that needs a technician in person I can suggest someone who can help. Now for a nice list of things I can help with... Setting up a wireless network, Cleaning up a system, Get the computer to start up again, Installing software or hardware and much much more. I have significant experience with most operating systems including Mac and Linux. I do most support for Windows computers however. I have a basic computer lab where I am so I can attempt to recreate your issues. These skills and more have been gathered over years of work in the IT industry. I have recently moved into a computer repair business since working in the IT department of a well known global company. Note: I do not take any responsibility for resulting system failure. I cannot guarantee users do as I say or describe a problem sufficiently.
