Sometimes it’s hard to explain your issue…. Call me and I will remote to your computer.
This allows me to see everything you are doing on your computer while you explain your issue through the phone line at Ingenio. Also, if you permit, I can take over your mouse to show you! This is a much less stressful support option for you. Of course, if you feel this is intrusive you can call me and I will walk you through your support issue without using this tool. It’s totally up to you as the customer to determine your preference.
The method I use to connect to you is secure. No one can access your computer without you accepting. Once the product is setup it will put an icon on your desktop so that the next time you call me for assistance, and we do a remote connect, it is just one click to connect with your permission and mine.
