WOW! Thank you Marlae. You were right on target. I have
never chatted before and you made it very easy and simple
for me to understand. You knew exactly what my problem
was and how to resolve it. I feel a lot better about my
job situation and have some direction regarding how to
handle my supervisor. You are correct he is just as
nervous about his future like everyone else. I will keep

It must be difficult to try and read for someone in small
bits of time via phone ... having said that, this wasn't
even in the ballpark: not an accurate portral of current
circumstances, me, or the other person.
