There is a reason why this lady has such a high rating and
she proves herself over and over again. She is a true guru
when it comes to most Microsoft products. Save yourself

I am not a computer person so dealing with support people
is usually something akin to having root canal work done.
As soon as I hung up the phone I sent an e mail to everyone
on my list to tell them how great an experience I had and
telling them how much better this was than Geek on call or
Best Buy ... thank you for you expertise and quick service.
