Call was a complete waste of time. It cost me $20 -
problem was not solved at all even though I was promised a
follow up email or call.

Normally Mike is able to solve my problems but this time
he was not. I am still using Office 2003 and he is using
2007; I'll have to go out to Microsoft & see if I can get
help.

Mike was willing to help solve the problem the simple way
when others were instructing me to export to other
programs and import my data back into excel. I was able
to easily fix my problem right inside of excel with Mike's
help.
