This lady was very RUDE! She told me that my boyfriend is
feeling pressures by me. When I told her nicely she was
wrong in everything she had to say 100% wrong & the reason
Y. She hung up.1st of all no advisor on KEEN should be
hanging up any customer that is not abusing the service this
is very bad business for KEEN. Lady do not claim profess to
be perfect & DO NOT HANG UP on paying customers. U can not
force a client to accept what u said people know there
situations better than u. Your NOT GOD dont claim to be one.
U want your clients to accept what u say then u need to
learn to accept what they say it goes both ways.
