This is a useful tool to use...I find that I'm still having
problems releasing the person, but when he pops up, I just
visualize myself in my protective "bubble"...and he can't
come in. :) Although after 10 days, I did this release
last night, and heard from him today. Coincidence? Not
sure...but I did feel calm after listening to this last
night, so for that alone, it was worth it. :)

What a fantastic recording! I found it much more useful
than a reading, actually, since I am always spinning. This

Great recording. Thanks for the clear explanation. I tried
one of Moonangelk656's recordings this morning. I loved it
so much that I did two more. Very informative and useful.
