For the past 4 yrs, I have gained a vast array of computer experience working as both a Technical & Hardware Support Engineer.  In this capacity, I have had the opportunity to troubleshoot computer problems via phone & in person.  I also have experience building computers, & installing/configuring hardware, software, & operating systems. This experience has given me specialized knowledge of all Windows applications, Microsoft Office, printer configurations, & a variety of other applications.
