I have looked at Penny's listing many times but put off
making the call because of the price. Finally made the
call and glad I did. She was kind and professional and
told me of both paths I could take. Would contact again

Thank you. I am glad Puppy told me the truth. It was not
exactly what I wanted to hear (I am used to getting what I
want more quickly) - but I just know it will be worth it
