What to expect from your reading:

You'll enjoy, understand and find your reading more beneficial if you bring a relaxed state of mind. Yes, even in stressful times. I highly recommend being in a calm state and not angry, agitated or intensely hurt when calling

Reading style is more direct (not harsh) and specific in nature; you ask a question and I provide you the answer. No unnecessary chit-chat/advice, asking questions unless for validation just so we know we are connecting. My goal is to try to help you make sense of your concerns and quickly get to the bottom of the matter

Please do NOT Call when you are angry, negative or have a testy attitude in general. I will NOT entertain BAD Behavior. Just the way you will not want to be treated badly, so do I. I am introducing this policy since off late I have had encounters with some really rude customers here on Keen, who go to the extent of yelling, hangin up abruptly, force the reading to go thier way, because they are not told what they want to hear and then 1 star to get a refund.This kind of harrasment is neither tolerated nor appreciated.Further I reserve the right to block who displays any such rude behavior.Clearly, you are not satisfied with my services and I will not read for you again for disrespecting me and the process including my guide.I am treating you with fairness and respect and expect to be treated the same way. For me this is basic human courtesy.
