I wish I was able to open a channel for every caller but this is unfortunately not the case. If I am unable to read for you I ask that you please respect me when I tell you that I cannot read for you. I can assure you that I do let the caller know within the first minute, if not the first few seconds, if I am not able to read for them.

Keen protects the integrity of the feedback system by not removing feedback so you will have to decide for yourself if you believe the one leaving the positive or negative feedback. When hurting hearts leave painful feedback I do not take it personally. I hope they find the advisor that will help and my prayers are with them.
