Always so calming and tells it like it is, no sugar coating.
My situation has been dragging and I feel bad always
bringing things to her attention - but she has been so
caring and attentive AND accurate about the whole situation,
it gives me peace of mind. Call her!

I was such a nervous wreck a week ago and then things
started to turn for the better. Now I am waiting for the
final confirmation. What a difference a week makes.

I'm glad that Sonia can see the whole picture, becuase I
know I would have done something to make the situation
worse but with her reassurence I trusted her and now I am
sitting here feeling pretty good about eveything!
