Hey everyone. My name's Amanda, but my friends and family have always called me Mandy. I'm a 25 year old WOMAN and I hail from Arkansas! Yeah, I said it... I'm from Arkansas. lol
I know you're here for friendship. To have someone to talk to. To share your deepest emotions and thoughts with. And I definitely want to be the one to help. As a 25 year old grown woman, I have struggled in my childhood with many of the common insecurities that everyone faces. I lived well under the poverty level and had to grow up fairly quickly. I've been on my own since I was 18, so I have plenty of life experience at such a ripe young age.
On the same token, I am also very young at heart. I love to have fun. Parties are alright as long as there isn't a ton of unfamiliar faces. Clubs are okay too. I love to dance and just have fun! Who doesn't!?! LOL
I have been told that I am a very loving, considerate, SWEET (hence my name) person. I'm almost too emotionally involved with my friends and family. I actually listen to what's going on with everyone I'm close to so that I can feel their pain and understand what they mean. I then offer any advice that I may have. Of course, I may not always have the right answers, so in those rare cases, I just provide a friendly shoulder to cry on.
In my every day life, I have only a few friends. I seem to get along much better with the male gender for some reason. Although I do have a couple very close female friends, I seem to just have more in common with the male species. LOL My best friend (who is a female actually) and I have been best friends since we were 4 years old when we met in kindergarten.
I'll tell you more about me when you call. I look forward to making new friends and hopefully being your new best friend. I will always keep my rates low so that I'm not robbing your pockets everytime you want to talk. I know times are tough so we can stay on the phone for as little or as long as you want. I can't wait to talk to you.
