• Rolled Out the Point of Sales (POS) systems for the national and international offices.
• Supported the shipping and receiving of the POS hardware for the company offices.
• Tested, troubleshot, and repaired Dell and NEC computers, receipt and report printers, bar code scanners, monitors, network cards, UPS, cash drawers, DigiBoard serial communication boards, modems, and hard drives.
• Configured and installed on the Windows 95/NT workstations: Microsoft Office 97, Microsoft Outlook, and AS/400 Client Access for Windows 95/NT.
• Supported the Client’s Corporate PC users and Network Operations.
• Deployed PCs (Gateway and Compaq) with Windows 95 or (“old”) Windows 3.1 operating systems and connected them to network/local printers (HP LaserJet 5P, 6P and 8000N) and servers (Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT).
• Created a script to automate the clone installation process of the Windows95, Microsoft software suite, Word Perfect 6.1 and Novell GroupWise 5 from a Novell 4.11 server onto Gateway2000 and Compaq personal computers using Ghost Pro 4.0c.
• Supported the computer-related needs of the users and troubleshot software and hardware problems.
