My name is The Chef, and you can ask me any question related to the culinary arts(the art of cooking). This includes cooking methods, sanitation in the kitchen, and time and temperature controls. As well as ideas for recipes, help with procedures that will help you cut corners and get things done faster. I have a Bachelors of Applied Science in the culinary field and have been in the restaurant business for the past 11 years. I admit, with all the knowledge I can offer from my experiences, still doesn't meen I know everything.
