11/4/2009	somethingsweet		WOW! I called to do a quick check & Happy's msg came thru so clear & accurate! She picked up that I have been talking to a mortgage lender & even described the house with the pool & yard that I had just been looking at! She said that I can have it, if I want it or one like it! Blew my mind, & I didn't even bring it up! This is why I ONLY call her! She confirmed everything I felt too!

I spoke to her about a month ago and asked if the person in question was seeing someone, she said no, dates casually because not sure where he will move to..confirmed! Also confirmed that house was not sold! Also was right about my new job "paying EXTREMELY well" that is also true! Got a giant raise with the new job. She is THE ONE to call. :)
