Friendly, and had a couple of excellent points, but
listening skills not very good - I had to repeat more than
one thing that I had already told him. Since most of what I
pay for when I call Ingenio is great listening, that's a
pretty big deal for me. Also, he went into a story about a
friend of his which he felt related to my situation I guess,
but I didn't think that it related at all. However, he is a
positive person, so I appreciated that. If I met this person
in a social situation I would probably enjoy talking to him
for a while, but I would not pay to talk with him again.
