I work caring for people with eating disorders both in the community and hospitals. I have a lot of experience in Councelling in both group settings and one to one. I understand the causes and effects of these illnesses.Help and support can be needed at all hours of the day or night. I shall endeavour to be available 24 hours a day whenever I am able. Aswell as offering help to sufferers, I give help, support and advice to family and friends who are touched dramatically by the sight of a loved one in despair. If you would prefer to e-mail me first before calling, please feel free to do so. I know only too well that communicating with someone for the first time can be very distressing. Perhaps you are receiving Councelling but need further help at a time when your Councellor is not available, then call me. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, please let me show you.........
