Hey there! I'm Adam, and I'm a geek. Yes, actually, that IS my profession. I've been working with computers for over 10 years, the past 2 of which have been spent in employment with Geek Squad - you might have heard of us, driving around in black-and-white VW Beetles and righting the wrongs caused by technology. It may be my day job, but I promise I won't try to sell you any of our services.
I'm knowledgeable about all sorts of technology, from cellphones to music players to cameras, but especially personal computers. How to build them, what to look for when shopping, how to use them, how to network them together (wired or wireless), and what to do when things "just go wrong". And, thanks to my extensive training with the public, I can explain even very difficult computer concepts in a personalized, easy-to-understand manner that won't leave you scratching your head.
So, whether you're a so-called "computer illiterate" or a fairly sharp dude (or dudette) with a couple quick queries, calling me will be like having a smart, friendly neighbor at your side who knows your level of computer knowledge, respects it, and refuses to talk down to you.
