I feel she is a good reader, but for me too much personal
opinions get in the way of professionalism. She is nice
though and seems to know her stuff. It is just me, I expect
people to keep their personal opinions & suggestions to
themselves when I am paying for information. It takes too
much time when you are paying per minute.
