How do I use 1-800-ASK-KEEN?

• Dial 1-800-ASK-KEEN (1-800-275-5336) from any touch-tone telephone.
  • Press * if you're a new customer to enjoy a free 3 minutes trial call
  • Press 1 for your favorites and recently called
  • Press 2 to choose someone by category
  • Press 3 to enter the extension of the advisor you want to talk to
  • Press 4 to access your account information
• Enter your 10-digit phone number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) we have on file for you. (If you've given us more than one phone number, you can enter any of them.)
• Enjoy your conversation!

What if I'm not sure about my phone number or PIN?
You can find both the phone number and PIN we have on file for you by visiting your My Account page and clicking on View Details in the My Personal Info box.

What if I want to change my phone number or PIN?
You can change your phone number or PIN at any time by visiting My Personal Info page.

Where do I find an advisor's extension?
Every listing on KEEN has its own individual extension. You'll find this number on the advisor's listing details page.

Note: You'll need to sign into your account and add a phone number in order to see an advisor's extension(s).

What if the advisor I want to talk to isn't available?
No problem. You can either make a Call Back request specifying the amount of time you're willing to wait to be called back and the number where we should call you. Or, you'll have the option of talking to the highest–rated available advisor in that category.

Do calls cost more using 1-800-ASK-KEEN?
No. They cost exactly the same as if you'd called them using the KEEN website — it's just another option for you to connect with advisors when you can't access www.keen.com.

Do all my listings have a different extension?
Yes.

Can I change the extensions for my listings?
No you cannot.

Is my rate the same using the 1-800-ASK-KEEN?
Yes. Your customers pay the same rate and you earn the same amount of money.

How do I access my account using 1-800-ASK-KEEN?

What are recorded greetings?
When you press "9" to change your availability on 1-800-ASK-KEEN, you hear "Press 3 to record your member name and greetings for your listings." This feature lets you personalize your customers' experience on 1-800-ASK-KEEN, while marketing yourself more effectively to new customers as well.
