How do I use 1-800-ASK-KEEN?

• Dial 1-800-ASK-KEEN (1-800-275-5336) from any touch-tone telephone.
• Enter the extension of the advisor you want to talk to.
• Enter the 10-digit phone number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) that we have on file for you. (If you've given us more than one phone number, you can enter any of them.)
• Enjoy your call!

What if I'm not sure about my phone number or PIN?
You can find both the phone number and PIN we have on file for you by visiting your My Account page and clicking on My Personal Info.

What if I want to change my phone number or PIN?
You can also change either number at My Personal Info at any time.

Where do I find an advisor's extension?
Every listing on Keen has its own individual extension. You'll find this number on the left margin of the advisor's expanded listing page.

Note: You'll need to sign into your account and add a phone number in order to see an advisor's extension(s).

What if the advisor I want to talk to isn't available?
In that case, you'll have the option of talking to the highest-rated available advisor in that category.

Do calls cost more using 1-800-ASK-KEEN?
No. They cost exactly the same as if you'd called them using the Keen website -- it's just easier and more convenient this way!

Your extension is listed on your expanded listing page, on the left margin.

Do all my listings have a different extension?
Yes.

Can I change the extensions for my listings?
Not at this time.

Is my rate the same using the 1-800-ASK-KEEN?
Yes. Your customers pay the same rate and you earn the same amount of money. The only difference is how easy it is for them to reach you!
