The Call Details page itemizes the details of every call you receive. Here's a quick summary and explanation of the information you'll be able to find on this page.
Earnings Breakdown -- This shows you how much you earned from the call, once the platform fee (40 cents per minute) and Keen's commission (40% for for all transactions) have been subtracted from the total amount the customer spent on the call. Note: If this call originated from within a group, you'll also see the group manager's fee, which was deducted from your total earnings.
Billing Information -- Your customer's member name, when your call began and ended, and how many minutes it lasted.
Promotional Minutes and Money -- Any promotions or personal Free Minutes offers that impacted your earnings from this call.
Call Feedback -- What numerical rating and written feedback, if any, this call received from the customer. Note: If the customer didn't leave you feedback, you'll be offered the option of sending them Mail to follow up and ask for their feedback about the call.

the listing price includes the per-minute platform fee, which can
