How does the free $5.00 work?
We credit your account with $5.00 when you join Keen to use with any KeenSpeaker
in any topic! You can use the free $5.00 for a minimum of 3 minutes of
phone time during your first Keen Call.
Can I place calls before I join Keen?
Sorry, no. To talk to other Keen members, you have to be a Keen member
yourself. The good news is that the sign-up process is quick, easy and
free. And when you join, we'll give you $5.00 free to talk to the KeenSpeaker
of your choice.
Can I use my free $5.00 for Keen Mail?
Sorry, your Free $5.00 are good only for Keen Calls.
You can use the money for either Live Advice or Recorded Advice.
To accept Keen Mail from other members, you'll need to add money to your
account.
How long do I have to use my free $5.00?
You have 2 months to use your free $5.00. After that, you'll need to add
money to your account to make a Keen Call.
What happens when my free $5.00 is gone?
You can use your credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, or any card
with a Visa or MasterCard logo, including ATM cards) or a personal check
to replenish your account. For more information on your payment options,
click here. Click on
the My Account tab on the My Keen page, then on "Add to Account."
You can also replenish your account with money from calls you receive
or Tell A Friend referrals.
If I don't use all $5.00 on my call, can I carry
them forward to my next call?
Sorry, your unused money can't be carried over to another call. So we
recommend using all your Free money to get to know an interesting Speaker!
