Additionally, Keen does not recommend or encourage members to use the Keen site to solicit other members to meet with them in person.
To protect the privacy of our members, Keen does not permit Advisors to post their personal contact information, such as an email address, phone number, mailing address or Instant Messenger ID, on their listings or home page.
Advisors are permitted to post links or URLs on Keen to their personal website if that site provides customers with additional information that would help a customer decide whether or not to place a call to you. Advisors are not permitted to include the URL to any outside websites in listing titles or member photos.
Advisors are not permitted to post links/URLs on Keen to the following types of websites:
- Merchandise-only sites other than wishlists.
- Websites that include personal contact information, such as a non-Keen phone number, social networking profile link, or email address.
- Websites that solicit payment outside of Keen for a competitive service. Keen considers the following to be a competitive service: phone calls, chat, webcam, recorded content, and content exchanged via email, such as readings or charts.
- Please also review KEEN's Social Media policy.
Please note that Advisors may not provide members with alternative payment methods (such as PayPal, Western Union, personal checks, money orders, etc.) for the above-mentioned services. All transactions that you have with Keen customers must take place through Keen.

To ensure a smooth customer experience and enhance the overall professionalism of your listing page, Keen does not permit Advisors to post banner ads on their listings or home pages. The term banner ad includes "clickable" links, banner ads and URLs that may act as an advertisement for a third party company. For example, image hosting websites or video sharing sites are not allowed.
Keen does not permit Advisors to use HTML or special characters within the listing title: however, HTML in the body of a listing is acceptable as long as the listing appears in the standing format.
Since we recognize that feedback is one of the most important ways to enhance your business, Keen does not permit Advisors to take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. This includes leaving positive feedback for accounts that you own using secondary usernames or third parties, as well as stating in your listing that Customers who leave a rating of less than 5 stars will be blocked.
While unique customer testimonials are allowed to help a customer decide whether or not to contact you, Keen does not permit Advisors to add a screenshot of the Keen feedback system into the body of a listing. Doing so may be misleading to consumers and infringes upon the Keen brand.
If you would like to dispute feedback left on your listing, your proper avenue of complaint is to fill out a Support Form and selecting "Play Fair Inquiry" from the drop down menu, informing us of your request. You should not email the member to complain. Also, Advisors may not post customer's member names or information on their listings without their consent as such activity constitutes harassment, which is a violation of the Member Agreement.
For more information, please read our Feedback Removal Policy.
When a listing is created in more specific categories (e.g., Tarot Readings, Pet Psychics), the Advisor must reference why the category is relevant to the advice that will be provided within the body of the listing. Only referencing the category in the Listing Title is not sufficient for listing acceptance.
Listings must be submitted in English, or if they are submitted for inclusion in the "Psíquicos" category, Spanish.
