One of the Play Fair Department's primary concerns is keeping Keen a fair and safe place for Advisors to conduct their business. In order to provide a fair and safe community, we ask that you carefully read our Member Agreement and policies that are contained in the Community Standards area of the Help section. In addition, we have provided a basic overview of our policies to assist you in creating your listings and in using Keen's services.

Personal Contact Information
Keen recommends that you do not disclose personal contact information to members. If you choose to reveal this information, you do so at your own risk. Additionally, Keen does not recommend or encourage members to use the Keen site to solicit other members to meet with them in person.
To protect the privacy of our members, Keen does not permit Advisors to post their personal contact information, such as email address, phone number, mailing address or Instant Messenger ID, on their listings or home page.
If a member leaves personal contact information about themselves or about you in feedback, please fill out a Support Form and selecting "Play Fair Inquiry" from the drop down menu so that we may remove it. Please see the Privacy Policy if you have questions about the use of information you provide to Keen.
Personal Websites
Advisors are permitted to post links or URLs on Keen to their personal website if that site provides customers with additional information that would help a customer decide whether or not to place a call to you. Advisors are not permitted to include the URL to any outside websites in listing titles or member photos.
Advisors are not permitted to post links/URLs on Keen to the following types of websites:
- Merchandise-only sites other than wishlists.
- Websites that include personal contact information, such as a non-Keen phone number.
- Websites that solicit payment outside of Keen for a competitive service. Keen considers the following to be a competitive service: phone calls, chat, webcam, recorded content, and content exchanged via email, such as readings or charts.
- Please also review KEEN's Social Media policy.
Please note that Advisors may not provide members with alternative payment methods (such as PayPal, Western Union, personal checks, money orders, etc.) for the above-mentioned services and social media.
If you are unsure whether or not you are permitted to post a link on Keen to your personal website, fill out a Support Form and selecting "Play Fair Inquiry" from the drop down menu. Please be sure to include your member name and the URL of the website in question so that we may review it.
Social Media
In alignment with KEEN's marketing efforts, Advisors are encouraged to promote their listings on KEEN by linking to them from social media such as Twitter and Facebook posts. Advisors are allowed to use social networking for self-promotion in the following capacity:
- Inclusion of a Twitter Button that directs customers to your specific profile. No other Twitter widgets are acceptable at this time.
- Advisors are allowed to promote KEEN listings on social media sites. We also provide a ShareThis widget located on the listing sidebar for your use.
- Advisors may not provide members with alternative payment methods (such as PayPal, Western Union, personal checks, money orders, etc.) via any website or social media.
- In keeping with the alternative payment method policy, Advisors are not permitted to include links/URLs from their KEEN pages to social networking domains such as Facebook, MySpace or YouTube.
- Referring KEEN customers to your personal social networking profile is strictly prohibited.
- If you have a question about your specific usage of social media, please contact the Play Fair Department through the Support Form found in our Help section.
Banner Ads
Keen does not permit Advisors to post banner ads on their listings or home pages.
Feedback
Keen does not permit Advisors to take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. This includes leaving positive feedback for accounts that you own using secondary usernames or third parties.
If you would like to dispute feedback left on your listing, your proper avenue of complaint is to fill out a Support Form and selecting "Play Fair Inquiry" from the drop down menu. You should not email the member to complain. Also, Advisors may not post customer's member names or information on their listings without their consent as such activity constitutes harassment, which is a violation of the Member Agreement.
For more information, please read our Feedback Removal Policy.
Free Minute Promotions
Advisors may not offer free minutes, or any other type of giveaway, in exchange for ratings or written feedback.
Contests
Keen does not permit contests, promotions, drawings, or games of chance.
Lottery Numbers
Advisors are not permitted to offer advice about lottery numbers. Guaranteeing or claiming to offer winning lottery numbers may violate the law of some states.
Donations
Soliciting donations from Keen members for services not related to the advice you are providing on Keen is not permitted.
Payment Information
Advisors must provide true, accurate and complete payment registration information and maintain it as current. Advisors must promptly update the personal contact information that you provide to Keen, as applicable. Advisors are not permitted to use false identities or impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use.
Adult Content
To make Keen enjoyable for all members, Advisors are not permitted to create listings with adult-oriented content or with the purpose of providing adult-oriented conversation. For information on what Keen considers "adult-oriented," please see the Adult Policy.
Copyright Infringement
Advisors shall not use the site or its services to transmit, route, provide connections to or store any material that infringes the copyrighted works or violates or promotes the violation of the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If you believe that your work has been copied on the Keen site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please refer to Section 12 of the Member Agreement for instructions on how to file a claim with Keen's Copyright Agent.
