This is a non-adult listing for non-adult (non "erotic"), hypnotherapy/hypnosis sessions *only*. It's important that you use a headset when experiencing hypnosis over the phone, so that you can relax without having to hold the phone up to your ear. 3. Be aware that I will want to discuss your goals and issues with you before we begin the hypnosis portion of the call. I do not answer the phone and launch instantly into hypnotic patter. Be prepared to discuss your needs and concerns openly and honestly so that I have some direction for your sessions. 4. If you are brand new to hypnosis, plan on your first session being mostly conditioning and instruction. You can save some time by pre-conditioning with my hypnosis mp3s. A minimum length for any hypnosis session is 35 minutes, and that would be for a quick refresher of hypnotic suggestions, with minimal hypnotherapy interaction. The first time—and any time you want to do some real work—have at least a one hour block of time available. 5. At this time, I do *not* conduct phone sessions for the following issues: smoking cessation, substance abuse, psychic readings, "demonic possession", "alien abductions", sexual dysfunction, or any issue pertaining to religion or sexuality.
