I work with business people who struggle getting things right. People who I have worked with have told me that I have instinct for getting down the real issues. In the past I have worked with small and medium sized businesses that have been burnt hiring the wrong people for the wrong reasons. Other businesses people I work have been concerned with escalating IT budgets, insurance and risk analysis cost, SEC Compliance and IRS Compliance, ERISA issues regarding retirement accounts, and sales - customer service trainging. I have served as Chairman of The Missouri Securities Industry Association, was a Ernst & Young Entrepenuer of the Year Finalist, and currently on NASD Arbitration Panel. Recently attendend Program on Negotiations at The Harvard Law School and YPO Stanford Presidents' Technology Seminar. Right now I own a holding company that inturn owns a NASD member broker/dealer, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor and ATM Placement Company. Like anyone in my position I have had my share of good and bad luck on various business ventures. Unfortunately for me experience is built on bad decisions. I can only guarantee that I will share with you what I did wrong and what not to do.
