My education include marine engineering, electrical engineering, operations, sociology, business, human resource management, quality management. I studied under Drs. Edwards Deming, Joseph Juran, Peter Drucker, Russell Ackoff, Peter Fenner, and Michael Patton. I have a Ph.D. in Operations Engineering and in Management.
My career has spanned numerous industries and includes automotive, aerospace, shipping and marine engineering, education and schools, construction including electrical and refrigeration and air conditioning, manufacturing, experimental laboratories, retail establishments, hospitals and calibration industries.
I have been a successful leader of manufacturing organizations and am an expert in Quality Management, including AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18000.
I enjoy making successful organizations better and losing businesses successful.
