ALL THOSE SEARCH ENGINES YOUR WEBSITE IS ON CAN'T FIND YOU IF THE
HTML METATAGS IN YOUR CODE DON'T CONTAIN THE SEARCH WORDS THAT
ARE BEING USED. IT'S JUST LIKE HAVING AN UNLISTED TELEPHONE NUMBER.
KNOW WHAT METATAGS ARE?
That's the place on your web page where search engines find HTML code that describes the
"title", "description" and the 150 or so "keywords" that aren't visible on your web-page,
and are used by search engines to decide which web pages it should refer potential
customers to, yours or your competitor's.
NO ONE CAN FIND YOU IF YOUR WEB-SITE DOESN'T HAVE METATAGS, AND
MANY SITES DON'T HAVE THEM, OR DON'T HAVE THE ONES PEOPLE ARE
USING, WHICH AMOUNTS TO THE SAME THING.
If you go to a browser like Netscape or "Internet Explorer" and go to your web site URL,
and click on "View" and then "page source", it will show you the HTML code of your web
page. Incidentally your web page may well be an expensive impressive piece of technical
work, with all the moving bells and whistles, but if there is nothing in it to tell any search engine where to find you, it will not
generate visitors or sales revenue.
This amounts to printing 100 million copies of your
catalog and then not telling anyone where they can get a copy.
My proprietary data base software contains 450 million keywords or phrases of which at least 1500 ought to be part of any website. Think of it as having 1500 names to provide to the telephone information operator which most peopel use when looking for you so the operator will know that they all belong to your telephone (URL) number.
If you go to any of my web-sites and do the same you'll see what I mean.
Look for
and
Presently search engines connect
potential customers with any of your competitors that use these words, because you don't
use them.
3To give you an example I took a retail computer store that sells, services, leases and
repairs computers and used 66 "phrases" like "buy and sell computers".
Just querying one search engine (Goto.com), with these "in put phrases" I found a total of
1855 key phrases related to my input keywords searchers were using
Here are those Key phrases (sorted by # of queries actually received in one month from
visitors (the public) to this search engine site). The number of queries is the number of
queries made on Goto.com for these exact key phrases during the previous calendar month.
The list is 1855 key words long so I cut out everything but the beginning and end. If you
want the entire list, let me know.
# Queries | Keyword
5447001 goto monitor forty bid
1250899 computer
556843 computer game
427701 auction
244484 computer hardware
139365 best buy
115517 online auction
81597 goto monitor five bid
81580 goto monitor no bid
76327 printer
(several pages of this list skipped)
26 lcd computer projector
26 used computer projector
26 projector video
26 tape deck repair
25 liquidation closeouts
25 liquidation of gold field of south africa
25 local liquidation sale
As you can see which words you is is important in determinign the numbe rof customers that can find you.
The search engines tell me which words the public uses so I can choose the 150 keywords which are
the most frequently used by the public when they ask a search engine to find someone like
you and products like yours
6. Then once I have that information and complete the METATAGS I would have to notify
100-400 search engines and indexes of the existence your URL with the new METATAGS so
that they will refer searchers to you when these key words are presented to them by
searcher. In other word they will know you exist.
7. The business I performed the same work for two weeks ago, now has 400% more website
visitors weekly. A very prominent ERP and ITcompany also uses my services. (reference
available).
8. If this interests you I can do the entire job in 100-120 hours. That includes the site
marketing to the search engines; HTML code writing for the metatages; developing the
keyword list to correspond to the search engine search terms being received from the public.
You can find a lot of additional interesting information about what works and doesn't work
in WWW internet marketing by going to my site by clicking HERE
Incidentally if you look at View/PageSource while your browser is on my web-pages you'll
see a good example of what the METATAGS should look like. You'll also see the 562 other
sites I've created in the past 5 years.
You have obviously spent time and money to create your website. I urge you to market it
properly. Whatever you're sales are now, your traffic will increase dramatically after I
complete this work. That is a realistic expectation based upon my experience.
Any Questions? Call me.
Think about it.
Thank for your time.

P.S. Now that you have "keyword" metatags by which indexes can find you when asked to do so by buyers, you now need to tell the indexes you exist
