Sylvia Marri Stone Bodybuilding, Swimming and Dieting

I am Sylvia Marri Stone. I am an 'All Natural' Asian female bodybuilder who competed in Asian Womens Championships or the widely known, Miss Asia Bodybuilding from 1996 to 2002. I was a medalist.

I can give advice to both men and women on how to produce muscles whether they be for competition or just for looking good. I can give workout regimens for cross-training for other sports like swimming, basketball, rowing, gymnasts, etc. I can also cover simple workout programs for kids.

I also coached swimming from 1990 to 2002. I taught learn-to-swim programs and coached competitive swimming producing swimming national record holders.

I had always been a coach who had coached "thoroughly". Meaning, I also cover other aspects that affect the performance of my athletes.

I had written two books entitled, "Selina Mae Steele" which is about a fictitious biography of a fictitious female bodybuilder based on undisclosed true-to-life facts while "Grass IS Green ... But Beyond Reach." is an inspirational fiction novel on a young girl who changed how things are run by adults.
