I have 20 years experience in the fitness industry.I have trained many varied people for many varied reasons in groups and on a one to one basis ranging from general health and fitness to profesional racing driver, males and females, weight loss to weight gaining. Personaly I have played most sports including rugby and american football at a reasonable level. At the moment I am looking for a way into motor sport as I feel Ive done my fair share of contact sports. If you have any problems or queries with your training give me a call.
