Purpose: We assist families through the maze of college selection, the admissions process, scholarship/grant identification, financial aid application process, and show them how to position themselves to qualify for the maximum financial aid. I advise and counsel students and parents throughout the college experience, from college and career selection through graduation and grad school. I help reduce the anxiety caused by the rising costs of education by recommending federally accepted methods of reducing your out-of-pocket expense, while simultaneously increasing the amount of financial aid for which you may qualify.: College Financial Services, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Dalton served as President of the National Association of Professional Financial Planners (NAPFP) for two years. He is a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC), Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (VASFAA) and Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA). He has been inducted into the third edition of the International Who's Who of Contemporary Achievement based on his accomplishments during this decade. Mr. Dalton has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Old Dominion University's Insurance and Financial Services Department, as well as a member of the Board for The First Tee of Hampton Roads at T.P.C. in Va Beach. Education: Mr. Dalton attended Purdue University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brighton University with a concentration in finance. He has also earned the Professional Financial Planner (PFP) designation from Old Dominion University.
