The typical person has to deal with, at some point in their life, going to the doctor, being hospitalized or having surgery or rehab. It is not unusual to have a service or claim denied by your insurance. Several of these denials can be system issues, human error issues, or a lack of understanding of coverage and/or approvals.
Most people do not challenge the insurance company and you may be paying for serivices that you shouldnt have to.
