This advisor was thorough and suggested a few ways of approaching the problem. I have my homework to do now based on her suggestions. I'd felt good enough about our call that i would very likely call this advisor again as a follow up.

5/25/2008     Richard Lee   5 stars Wow what an easy call. I will be calling you first for all my IT support. I have been working on this outlook issue for 3 weeks with an investment of 60 personal hours online and phone with Geek Squad,HP IT, Comcast IT and microsoft help pages. I even sent my computer in for uninstall and reinstall of MS Office with no resolution from the legions of "IT experts". I was about to throw this computer into the lake as my business is run from this outlook contact list. In 9 minutes my advisor resolved this harrowing experience for me and got my business back up to speed. Thank you for saving my sanity, my marriage, my business. Richard Lee

When the 3 minutes were up, I was prompted to enter my credit card number and tried to set up an account for $10. I gave my credit card information and the call was immediately ended with only $0.11 remaining despite no additional support time allocated. Please advise Patricia Whalon 610.506.6500 Mobile

4/10/2008     Walter Hanssen0049   4 stars It took the advisor about 15 minutes to finally find the problem which was that I had "Choose MS Word 2003 to edit my e-mail messages." When I typed my e-mail message, it looked like the fonts had a scaling of 50% but when I sent it to someone it looked normal.
