We worked together to come up with a few different ways of
handling the problem - some involving functions in MS
Excel, some involving macros and some involving VB. He
showed himself to be very skillful and I appreciate that
he stayed with me to work on the problem until I felt I
had a solutions. Great help.

I had provided him the spec's on what I needed and he
provided it promptly. Then I needed to modify the spec's
so that we could build in some contingencies. Again, he
worked with me to come up with a resolution. I appreciate
the help and that he stayed with me to a resolution. Great
help.

I appreciate that he didn't keep me on the line while he
reviewed the problem. Later he submitted a reasonable
charge for the off-line time through Ingenio. I appreciate
greatly his help. Very prompt and stayed with me to
resolve the problem.
