I have been using MS Office 2000/XP/2003 and its predecessors for over 10 years . I have taught hundreds of individuals to use it to spice up reports and assignments, harness data effectively, communicate seamlessly, and pretty much everything else this suite can do. Specifically, I can provide expert advice on:

MS Frontpage
MS Infopath (Office 2003 only)
MS OneNote (Office 2003 only)

I can lead you through the basics of a particular program, show you a trick you've seen others do but always wondered how they did it, or just give you an overview so you know what you're doing in a professional environment. Advanced features of this suite are powerful, but sometimes complex; if you know your stuff but just need to be shown the way, I can definitely make things easy for you! Office is a powerful and useful tool; being able to use it to your advantage will ultimately help you in school, business, and your personal aspirations.

Paid Mail

Paid mail is a great idea from the folks at Ingenio; if you prefer Email support, you can just send me your questions, and I will respond with a "paid mail response". This will automatically credit your account for the specified amount on the email! Just remember that when you email with your problem/question that you should also state that you would like a paid mail response. Sometimes this is more economical than calling, but it really depends on your question or problem.

Paid mail rates:

For answers to brief questions: $5
More complex problems: up to $30

Of course, I will make a judgement as to the value of the email should it fall somewhere in between based on the level of knowledge required and time expended. But please understand that I cannot provide free services...if you email me describing your issue, I will respond to tell you whether or not I can help you, and I will include an assessment of what it will cost you. When you accept this charge we can proceed.

Further, Techchico advised that the solution I requested was potentially flawed, but gave me the answer I asked for anyway. I wish I could more highly recommend Techcico. I am extremely impressed with the aptitude demonstrated by Techchico and I consider myself difficult to impress. I will definitely use Techchico again.
