Great service. Even though we weren't able to fix the
problem today (July 4th), Robert set up a date and time for
us to try again, with free minutes supplied as a bonus.
Very professional and understanding of a technologically
challenged person as myself.

It took him a while to solve a rather unusual problem that
Comcast was not able to solve however he stuck with it
trying several inovative solutions until it was resolved.
I'd use him again.

Robert was very effective in helping me repair my computer
without losing data files. My objective was to resolve the
problem 1) without leaving my laptop with a technician
somewhere and 2) without losing data files. Because of
the efficiency of his communication and ability to
instruct tactically how to resolve a problem, Robert
walked me through the resolution process and, in that way
helped resolve the issues quickly meanwhile learning to
take care of my computer independently going forward.

Today's Tech provided an immediate solution to my computer
problem - a balky screen saver. He also described several
alternate ways to solve this same issue. His confidence
and knowledge made this a learning moment for me. This was
money and time well spent.
