15 years ago, I was an underpaid, overweight, unhappy and unhealthy construction worker. I now have my doctorates and a thriving practice where I have helped countless others do what I did and turn their lives around. I have several years of experience working for the state of Oregon, on the cutting edge of the mental health field. I have worked with the chronically mentally ill and developmentally disabled in group and individual settings. My wife and I have a foster home for developmentally disabled adults with medical and behavioral issues. I have helped corporations and small businesses with seminars and workshops to improve sales and enhance motivation in addition to creating and training leadership teams. So, whatever your goals; weight loss, smoking cessation, enhanced performance, relief from stress, pain, depression, anxiety, or just talking to someone who will listen without judgment.
