Not-for-profit organizations come in all shapes and sizes. The effectiveness of the organization is a reflection of how well the board functions, their understanding of the mission, and how well they embrace the vision. For over 15 years I have worked in and around not-for-profit organizations as executive staff, volunteer and board member and am experienced in their ways of functioning. I am a systems-thinking person and able to see the "big picture" of organizations. I am skilled in coaching both paid and volunteer leaders to: 1. Discern core issues impacting their organization; 2. Develop solutions to problems they face, 3. Implement structed plans for change; and 4. Manage the transition.
