I'm sorry. I hate to have to do this, but this was a huge
waste of time and money. First of all, I should have hung
up when a minute was wasted with the shuffling of cards. I
believe you were way off and the the fact that you had to
ask me more questions than providing information, was
horrid. Refund please.
