Before you phone to begin the meditation prepare the environment for best results. Lower the lights in the room, light candles if you wish, and prepare a spot where you can lay down comfortably with pillows, a blanket for warmth and tissues close by. You want to be very, very comfortable. Before you lay down, put your hand on your heart and say these words “I, and say your name, intend to release, and now say the name of the person you are going to release". As soon as you feel ready lay down in your comfortable spot and phone to begin the guided meditation. I will go over these instructions again, however, you will already be relaxed and prepared.

Remember, you are not alone. You go forward hand in hand with the Divine and God will help you providing whatever you need now.
