Deep meditation can unlock a myriad of doors to your inner sanctum. Behind each of these doors lies the answers to that which you are seeking.

The difficulty that most people experience in reaching a state of deep meditation, is the task of quieting the mind.
When the mind is busy, there is not enough quiet to hear the subtle voices of our own internal and higher guidance.
There is a hierarchy of Spirit (or energy) that provides guidance for us as human beings; however, that guidance can only be accessed when the mind is at rest. This is why so many people will receive guidance coded into their dream times. Our mental body is at rest while we sleep, so it is easier for us to receive guidance from those who have gone before us in order to show us the Way.
There are many ways to quiet the mind, so that you might reach that state of deep meditation. Yet, many people still find it difficult to achieve this state because their mental bodies have become so accustomed to occupying every moment of their waking hours.
Guided Meditations allow your mind to entrain with the person's voice who is conducting the meditation. Once entrainment has begun, suggestions are given according to the topic of the particular meditation. This helps your mind to begin the process of breaking down the old ways of thinking, allowing you to experience deeper insights, whether from your own internal guidance system, or from those whom we call Angels and Ascended Masters.
Most meditations will include soft music to help you relax and begin the entrainment process. The more advanced meditations may not include music.
