There was never better proof of the gift I had to share than an event that happened as a teen. My best friend was going through serious emotional trauma that I knew was beginning to overwhelm her. I didn't realize it at the time but, each time we were together I was able to give her some of my strength and joy just by concentrating on her in her presence. She told me one day that she wished she had something of mine with her all the time because I always made her feel so much better. I had just started becoming interested in crystals and I took one that I'd been meditating with regularly and gave it to her. Almost immediately I began to see an improvement in her outlook and mood. Even her parents commented on the change. It was then that I knew I could help people.
