I am so sorry to rate you low but you seemed not connect to
my situation at all. You wasted 4 minutes in asking names,
dobs, and repeating my questions when shuffled the cards,
but eventually you told me something that was in contrast to
what has already happened to my situation. When I asked you
if you connected to me, you said you were trying the best to
get the answer for my question... What does that mean??? I
prefer you to tell me you were not connected then I would
not rate you for any thing to give you the bad feedback.
