John, I thought about leaving this feedback and feel I must
be honest. I was a long time customer of yours as I felt
you could give me some general insight into the present and
your rate was reasonable, even though few details were
given and your predictions were almost always off. When I
told you this time that your predictions about some major
issues were wrong, you told me that we hadn't discussed the
issues and that I must have been talking to another
psychic, and refused to acknowledge that you were wrong. I
am certain of what we discussed and am insulted by your
reaction to deflect your errors. I am sorry to say you have
lost my business.
