My advice is nuts & bolts practical in a new & emerging field called Electric Aviation.
At this time, only 2 electric research planes exist as prototypes. One other 17 horsepower electric motor powered glider is being manufactured.

My experience includes time at Lackland, Sheppard & McChord Air Force Bases as a C141B and C5 jet cargo plane Airlift Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (Crew Chief).

I graduated from a school called Solar Energy International in 1995.

My keen interest is in Alternative Fuel Vehicles, Solar and Renewable Energy. This vital knowledge has helped me locate the BEST ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT PARTS available in the private sector today.

Electric motors have only one moving part & are far less prone to mechanical breakdown.

Second, electric motor powered planes are very quiet on Takeoff & Landing.

Finally, electric aircraft motors are powered with batteries and or hydrogen fuel cells.
