Whitalator Novice Computer Help

Get help on some basic computer questions. I have knowledge on windows 98, and I have some help with some basic computer problems, such as hardware issues and programming issues, from mouse problems to Internet connection problems. I have personal experience regarding Internet scams which have targeted me and I can share my personal experiences. Its a bad world out there!! Basically if it is too good to be true, well it is! I can help with computer settings and Internet settings. I have about 5 years of amateur computer experience. I have a little knowledge on adding new hardware also. A lot of computer knowledge is self explanatory on windows 98 but there are some of us who still need some help, and I am very aware of this. Be advised that windows 98 is becoming obsolete fast and many problems may be a result of this issue. For whatever reason you do have windows 98, haven't upgraded or have it by hand me down, one can still do a lot with the software... for now.
