Ever get off the phone with your friend/mom/sister/coworker/children and feel like the wind has been knocked out of you? Feel beat down by all the heavy stuff floating around in the world...war, crime, gas prices, kids and their stuff, divorces, debt...the list can go on and on , if we let it.
Now, I don't know about you, but I think time is precious.
And the last thing I need is another drain on my energy! So why do we allow ourselves to be dragged through life with the various energy drains in tow (ie. past hurts, bad relationships, stress, depression, anxiety, toxic relationships)?
