5/14/2012	Leeton	I did not get a straight answer on ANY of the few questions that were asked. Rather than continue wasting my time and money,I ended my call several minutes before my time was up. I will say, she was pleasant when I explained my reasoning for ending our call early.
4/11/2012	Jaylie	I like her encouragment, but I was new to Keen so i did not know what to do on the phone. I think the advisor should be more passionate and give more encouragement for me when I was stuck and did not know how to communicate with her. I like her positive advise, it was not a short conversation regardless I think it helpe me to stop and think toward a good direction
4/9/2012	2300	I repeated our birthdays 3 times before I was able to ask my question. The answer to my question was generic. She didn't even know the guy and I have been together for 7 years. I asked questions about her answer and she changed her answer. She is NOT psychic at all. REFUND
