5/25/2012	flascp407	Thx Emmy! U p/u he doesn't want to lose me. The blowup I did to him showed him that I meant business. He took heed to that. Cards say to continue to hold my ground. Its all or nothing. 3 days for contact. He will return with not so good words abt the other party. RE transaction also looks like there will be a block. Opp on Tuesday looks promising, won't be thrilled w/ the $, but looks good for me. I will keep you posted. And p.s. to new callers in regards to the feedback saying Emmy changed her price. She didn't do so..her rate has been the same for the past mth or so..shame on the bashers. Emmy is the best!
